January 2022:

A complex contextual response with lengthy consultation with local council planners resulted in a positive result for this mixed use residential and commercial project on a busy corner site in North London.

Existing banks of residential garages transformed to provided modern mews type accommodation maximising the use of natural light and space to provide a clean and modern internal environment.

Rear extension of an existing mixed-use building to provide 21 ensuite studio apartments for professionals located within easy commuter distance for central London.
